• Performance Upgraders: Riders seeking enhancements like Camshafts, Audio & Speakers, or high-performance Brakes.
• Global Riders (with some exceptions): We ship worldwide, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. See your cart for final availability.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these Terms. Order confirmation is not acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the item.

Pricing & Payment:

Prices are listed in USD. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely upon order submission.

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. No processing on weekends/holidays.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to destination, customs, or carrier schedules. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Undeliverable packages may incur additional fees.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Window: 15-day return/exchange window from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• Process: You MUST contact us first at [email protected] for an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is ours.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a bent Crash Bar, the wrong Batteries & Electrical part, or any defective item, do not install or use it.

Your Action Required: Contact us immediately (within 48 hours for damage/errors) at [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description. We will cover all costs and rush a replacement.
